Shipping policy

Items damaged or DOA must be reported within 1 hour of the carriers stamped delivery time for refund / reship/ or coupon code.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY SHIPMENTS IF THE TEMPS ARE BELOW 32 OR ABOVE 95 DEGREE'S IN ANY COURSE OF THE ROUTE TO THE DESTINATION.

We will also require pic's of the damage and DOA as a record of loss and to determine type of resolution.

Items left outside or in mailbox for 1 hour or more  will not qualify for refund or reship. Contact us for additional info.
